1. Non-Refundable Products
Please note that most pharmaceutical and healthcare products are non-refundable once sold and delivered, due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons. This includes (but is not limited to):
Prescription medications
Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines
Opened or used health supplements
Perishable health products (e.g., insulin, vaccines)
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, expired, or wrong product.
The product was not delivered due to issues caused by us or our shipping partners.
You canceled your order before dispatch/shipping (if applicable).
To be eligible, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item(s) received
A brief description of the issue

4. Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:
The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If payment was made via cash on delivery (COD), we may issue a refund through bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.
6. Exceptions
No refunds for delays caused by natural disasters, lockdowns, or courier delays beyond our control.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect abuse of our policy.
